- If the postcode isn't covered, try your GP practice postcode.
- Confirm your age.
- Select your referral route and (if necessary) enter your GP practice name exactly as it is displayed on their website.
- Enter your personal details.
- Create your login by entering your email and chosen password.
- Select a pathway and complete the safety questionnaire.
