The first step to creating your account is entering your postcode so we know which healthcare provider you were referred from. Whilst you're entering your home postcode in the app, you'll be directed to register under the healthcare organisation that looks after you.
- Hit the green 'Create an account' button on the login page, and you'll be taken to our postcode entry page.
- Enter your home postcode. If you've been given the app and the app says your postcode is not covered, please try entering your registered medical practice postcode instead. You can also contact us for assistance.
- Hit the 'Next' button, and you'll be taken to the next page, the referral route page.

'Postcode Is Not Covered' You'll get this message if your postcode is valid but falls out of our service area. In this case, try your registered medical/GP practice postcode instead.
- 'Please type a valid UK postcode' This means that what you have entered in the box is not a valid postcode; double check what you have typed and try again. In the unlikely event your postcode is still not being accepted, please reach out to our support team.
